Here at CK Fulfilment we are incredibly proud of what we have been able to create in a short space of time and the service we continue to provide to our incredible clients. However, nothing speaks volumes quite like a truly happy client. Amidst a catch up with one of our clients, Natasha from NOA Candles, she provided us with some incredibly insightful and heartwarming comments about her time with us so far. After joining the business at the start of peak season last year she is now well and truly settled in and we’re shipping orders smoothly for her! Here’s what she had to say about us:
How your experience has been at CK Fulfilment so far?
Our experience since joining CK fulfilment has been nothing short of fantastic. The team are so friendly and helpful and always go above and beyond for their clients and it is immediately noticeable in all areas of their business. We partnered with the team at the start of peak season in 2023 after being hugely let down by our previous 3PL provider. We were so grateful for how accommodating Rebecca and the team have been and how welcome they have made us feel. They made the stressful transition over a breeze, handling everything from counting in our full catalogue of stock within two days to taking hours out to teach us the fulfilment system we use. CK fulfilment truly is a breath of fresh air in the world of fulfilment and we are so grateful to have found them :)
How has partnering with CK Fulfilment impacted your business?
As a small business our customers matter the most and it is apparent that CK fulfilment is so passionate about small and big brands alike. We feel like they just get 'us' and our ethos with the brand. We truly feel they represent our business in the best light, are trustworthy and reliable, communicating every step of the process. We have also used their services for sending a large international corporate order out right before Christmas and it was a breeze. We have not had a single complaint or issue since joining the team in September. We also love how they specialise in fragile goods, this has completely eliminated the worry of damaged items or breakages in transit - we use their services a lot for our wholesale clients too and there has not been a single breakage. Every order is packaged with so much love and care, exactly how we would do it in house at NOA.
Are there any particular things we do that you appreciate?
Everything honestly! I massively appreciate how they helped us during a time of crisis but also love how kind the entire team are. No matter what we need they will always look after us. There is always someone on hand to answer any questions, help us with queries and every single person we have had the pleasure of chatting with has always been so friendly and approachable. They understand our brand, customers and the NOA values too. We feel like we are in safe hands with CK fulfilment and are very lucky to be partners with them.
Would you recommend us to a fellow business owner?
Absolutely! We already do and will continue to promote their services to brands looking for a new 3PL partner. Given our experience with others in the past we know first hand how bad fulfilment can be and how much it impacts business and customer relationships.
