Monthly 1:1 Check-Ins – Each employee will now have a dedicated 1:1 session every month to discuss their job satisfaction, personal goals, and any support they might need. Happy teams = better business.
Investing in Training & Development – We’re rolling out new training opportunities to help our team grow within the company, whether that’s leadership training, skills development, or support for career progression.
